An Agile coach is a project management professional that helps scale Agile practices across a team or organization. By aligning teams or organizations with Agile values and concepts, Agile coaches enable them to be more flexible, transparent, and efficient. Agile coaches do this both by introducing Agile methods and encouraging a culture and mentality shift in the workplace.
Common frameworks include Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; knowledge of XP and Lean. These might include tools used broadly in project management, like RACI charts, burndown charts, and GANTT charts. You might use tools specific to Agile frameworks, like Kanban boards, wikis, or bug trackers.

Taoist Cognitive Therapy
Developed by Dr. Doris Chang and her collaborators in China, Taoist Cognitive Therapy (TCT) is a 14-session, evidence-based psychotherapy for the treatment of anxiety. Drawing from Western notions of cognition and behaviorism as well as Chinese beliefs in the importance of living in harmony with nature (the Tao), TCT promotes a more organic and natural way of managing anxiety. It encourages the acceptance of anxiety through the application of specific Taoist values and principles.
International Identity
What is international identity? Our conception of international identity - those aspects of a person's sense of self that transcend national boundaries - relates to three truths about people articulated by Kluckhohn and Murray (1953, p. 35): Every person is in certain respects like all others, like some others and like no other. Global-human identity arises from our recognition that we are like all other people. Social identities are based on our recognition that for many aspects of self we are like some people and unlike others. International ties in individual networks, which connect people to other people and places across the world, are unique to each person: each of us has a different set of acquaintances, friends, colleagues, family, and idiosyncratic connections to countries and places across the world.
Grief (Death, Change, and Everything)
On Death and Dying was never a study of grief and bereavement. It was a discussion of some key emotional reactions to the experience of the dying. Yes, grief was a part of that experience, but it was not the totality of the experience.
On Death and Dying represents a lasting bridge between the in-house scientific/academic conversations about death and dying and the gaping need for information and discussion by the general public….On Death and Dying encourages ordinary men, women and children to converse with their dying, but also to forcefully widen that engagement to include a dialogue with the scientific, academic and clinical elites responsible for modern day caring of the dying.
Human Needs
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory of motivation which states that five categories of human needs dictate an individual’s behavior.
Choice Theory® is based on the simple premise that every individual only has the power to control themselves and has limited power to control others. Applying Choice Theory allows one to take responsibility for one’s own life and at the same time, withdraw from attempting to direct other people’s decisions and lives.

Phenomenology
In short...searching from the objectivity of subjective experience.
Phenomenology is a philosophy of experience. For phenomenology the ultimate source of all meaning and value is the lived experience of human beings. All philosophical systems, scientific theories, or aesthetic judgments have the status of abstractions from the ebb and flow of the lived world. The task of the philosopher, according to phenomenology, is to describe the structures of experience, in particular consciousness, the imagination, relations with other persons, and the situatedness of the human subject in society and history.
